18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly-diagnosed patients with T2DM; 2. Aged from 18 to 80 years old; 3. Voluntary and signed informed consent; 4. Able to do exercise and control diet; 5. HbA1c 6.5-13.5%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels more than 2.5 times the upper normal range or Cr levels more than 1.3 the upper normal range; 2. Patients with a history of systemic corticosteroids use in 3 months; 3. Noncompliance in exercise or diet control; 4. Patients with infection in 4 weeks; 5. pregnant; 6. Patients with acute metabolic diabetic complications such as ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar state (coma); 7. Any other condition that is improper for this study judged by researchers.
