Case series:combination of apatinib based on the second-line chemotherapy

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Pathologically diagnosed with advanced cancer (including adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction) with measurable metastases outside the stomach (measuring >=10mm on spiral CT scan, tisfying the criteria in RECIST 1.1); 3. Failure of prior therapy (during or after treatment) in patients who have received at least two prior chemotherapy regimens; 4. A line of standard chemotherapy failure patients; 5. Patient has to voluntarily join the study sign the Informed Consent Form for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are allergic to lapatinib or any of the ingredients in lapatinib tablets; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. patients with contraindication; 4. patients who physicians suggest not suitable for inclusion.
