Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical diagnosis of Functional Bowel Disease according to the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of Rome III criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with weakness physical condition which could not tolerate bowel preparation and colonscopy examination, with the presence of other bowel diseases,with pregnancy, age less than 14 years,and currently particpator of other clinic trial.In addition,the other cases are not fit for this study under investigators' consideration.
