Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of pituitary adenomas by CT, MRI, and histopathological examination. Diagnosis of invasive pituitary adenomas according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of E Knosp in the Department of Neurosurgery (see *). According to the diagnostic criteria, the collected samples were divided into invasive pituitary adenomas and non invasive pituitary adenomas. (Reference: 1. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: According to CT, MRI and histopathological examination, the disease was excluded from other functional pituitary adenomas, cranial pharyngeal tumors, meningiomas, butterfly saddle cysts and other sella location associate disease.
