pharmacodynamics of neuromuscular blockade during laparoscopic operation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: During November 2015 and March 2016, 30 patients undergoing laparoscopy(L group) and 30 patients undergoing laparotomy operation (C group), aged 30 to 65 years old,BMI 18-30 kg/m-2, ASA I or II grade, were included. All patients have normal neuromuscular function without acid-base and electrolyte disorders and have not used durgs such as anti epilepsy, quinic Ding, amino glycosides or polypeptide antibiotics, calcium channel blockers, phenytoin sodium those have effects on nerve muscle conduction function. The operation time was between 2 ~ 3 h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients undergoing laparoscopy operation which was diverted to laparotomy operation and patients administrated muscle relaxation differently due to the poor muscle relaxant effect were excluded.
