Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Include individuals beteen 18 and 65, who conforming to the diagnosis of HPCG and Chinese syndome; 2. Those who are conforming to the standards of healthy volunteers; 3. All the included individuals who can copperate with the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of the study are following: those whose age were beyond from 18 to 60; those who used antibiotics or antacids within a month when they were tested for gastroduodenoscopy; those who had serious system diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, kidney, hematologic, immunologic, rheumatic, and many other system diseases; those who were pregnant or lactating; and those who had been diagnostic as gastric cancer or who were with alarm symptoms for gastric cancer such as weight loss, melena or other suspected features.
