Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ST-segment elevation Acute myocardial infarction Group Referring to the Chinese Medical Association of Cardiovascular Branch in August 2010 announced the "ST segment Elevation acute myocardial infarction diagnosis and treatment guidelines" have the two in following three criteria (1) Clinical history of ischemic chest pain; (2) ECG showed dynamic change; (3) The concentration of serum markers of myocardial necrosis were dynamically changed. And also in line with The following four conditions: (1) ECG signs two or more limb lead ST-segment elevation) 0.lmV or two or more connected chest leads ST-segment elevation) 0.ZmV; (2) Serum myocardial enzyme CK - MB twice the upper limit of normal; (3) Myocardial ischemia time (chest pain duration) 20min) occurs; (4) Onset time 48h 2. Non-ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction Group Referring to the Chinese Medical Society of Cardiology published in April 2007"Unstable angina and non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction diagnosis and treatment guidelines. "Diagnostic criteria, Inclusioncriteria: (1) Clinical history of ischemic chest pain; (2) ECG does not show ST segment elevation; (3) Dynamic change of serum cardiac myocardial necrosis markers concentration:Creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK-MB), troponin I (cTnI) or cardiac troponin T (cTnT). At least higher than 2 times the upper limit of normal 3. No coronary artery stenosis group Patients with suspected coronary artery disease undergoing coronary angiography (age> 60), with no history o cerebrovascular disease, no physical activity, sensory disorders; ECG without myocardial ischemic changes, coronary heart disease by coronary angiography to exclude.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude pregnancy, cancer, trauma, rheumatism, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. No history of myocarditis and cardiomyopathy; 3. No peripheral vascular disease or peripheral vascular embolism; 4. Non-infectious diseases such as: severe upper respiratory tract infection, the lungs, liver and gall tract infections; 5.
