Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. comply with the revised to the Fifth National Conference in 1997 on obesity research of "simple obesity disease diagnosis and efficacy evaluation standards"; 2. not taking any to medication or in obesity treatment with in a month; 3. being right-handed; 4. between the ages of 18 and 55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any disorder that could be related to obesity, such as thyroid pathology, hypothalamus syndrome, hypophysoma, PCOS; 2. with no history of neurological, psychiatric, just like of anxiety, depression or binge-eating disorder; 3. taking any to medication or in obesity treatment with in a month; 4. any MRI contraindications or assessment of acupuncture needling non-responders; 5. pregnancy or lactating women.
