Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: One hundred twenty American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II patients aged between 1 years and 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. upper respiratory tract infection, asthma, mental illness, and other congenital diseases of children in 2 weeks; 2. Test drug allergy in the process; 3.Refused to sign a consent form.
