Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18-85 years old; 2. Maintenance hemodialysis more than or equal to six months, three times a week, every 4 hours; 3. The hemodialysis,diet intervention for 3 months, will not improve hyperphosphatemia (level of serum phosphorus more than 1.78 mmol/L)need to cooprate to take medication for phosphorus reduction; 4. physlcal and metal stastus appropriate to participate in intervievs and conference discussion; 5. sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pepole who can't use cantonese or mandarin communication normally; 2. Hearing loss or damage, can't cooperate with researchers.
