Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The third phase of hand, foot and mouth disease (early stage of cardiopulmonary failure) is defined by the expert consensus on clinical treatment of severe cases of enterovirus 71 (EV71) infection (2011 Edition); 2. The blood pressure is greater than or equal to 70mmHg+2 * age; 3. Platelet over 50 * 10^9/L; 4. The guarder agreed to carry out HVHF treatment and sign the informed consent.
