Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >18 years; 2. schedule to undergo one stage biliteral primary total knee arthroplasty; 3. Understand and comply with the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of allergy to a locally infiltrated drug component or excipient; 2. Active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Preoperative limb infection, peripheral neuropathy, cancer; 4. with serious knee varus or valgus deformity; 5. Congestive heart failure (NYHAII-IV); 6. Severe liver function damage(Serum albumin <25g/L or Child-Pugh score=10); 7. Preoperative opioid analgesics are being used; 8. Inability to provide informed consent due to mental incompetence; 9. Can not cooperate with the experiment or surgeons consider that who are not suitable for the trial.
