Case series:0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5Gy X-ray exposure + Gemcitabine Combined with cisplatin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged > 18 years and confirmed diagnosis of Lung cancer, Breast cancer or Head and neck tumors; 2. Not received rediotherapy previously; 3. The stage of tumor, the mode of operation, the regimen of radiotherapy or chemotherapy were basically the same, and ECOG=0 or 1 followed up regularlywithout obvious complication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe hepatic or renal insuficiency, leucocyte count of < 2.5×10^12, and platelet count of < 6.0 ×10^9; 2. Received systemic chemotherapy within 4 weeks; 3. With poor tolerance of treatment.
