Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged =75 years, with a diagnosis of nonvalvular AF and/or symptomatic VTE including acute symptomatic deep-vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).

Exclusion criteria: participation in other clinical study
