18 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I~ II; 2. Aged 18~69 years old; 3. The purpose and risk of this study was fully understood before the operation, and informed consent was signed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of opioid addiction; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Patients with liver and renal insufficiency; 4. Take a monoamine oxidase inhibitor(MAOI)or disuse within two weeks; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Chronic pain history.
