25 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU doctors or nurses with working seniority =1 year; 2. Signed with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. On holiday or get sick,or get pregnant; 2. Working seniority = 1 year in ICU or has left for =7 days; 3. With respiratory infection or exposed to antibiotic within one week; 4. Used agents/drugs on the surface of nasal vestibular within one week; 5. With incomplete information or reject to participate the research; 6. With nasal decontamination before sampling.
