Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The newly diagnosed PCOS patients were treated with metformin (daily dose of 1.5g), and no significant effect was achieved after 3 months; PCOS has been diagnosed and is currently taking metformin (daily dose of 1.5g) and has taken more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other causes of menstrual disorders, hyperinsulinemia, and those with high testosterone levels; Before entering the group within 3 months of taking TZDs, Diane 35 or other hormone drugs
