18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. who diagnosed to be coronary heart disease and received PCI operation; 2. agree to join in this experiment and sign ICF; 3. aged 18 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. who has thrombopenia; 2. Recent gastrointestinal bleeding or other systemic bleeding (not including cerebral hemorrhage); 3. Severe liver and kidney function (liver function more than twice the normal value, kidney function Cr < 30 mumol/L); 4. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases that severely affect the absorption of drugs; 5. can not use asprin or clopidogrel.
