Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed by the secondary or above hospital as chronic stable angina pectoris; 2. Age=18 years; 3. Good mobility and no cognitive dysfunction; 4. Long-term community residence, and voluntary participation in coronary heart disease community management.
