Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=18 years old; 2. Dorsolateral Medullary Infarction Wallenberg Syndrome; 3. the time from onset to in the group=7days; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no signs and symptoms of cerebral infarction; 2. no sign the informed consent.
