31 Years to 63 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25~60 years; 2. Duration: drug na?ve, newly diagnosed diabetic patients; 3. Subjects with BMI<24 and ?24 half by half (2~3 cases of low BMI group and high BMI group for each center). The percentage of adipose tissue will be measured by the body fat assessment machine; 4. FPG no more than 11mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. FPG more than 11mmol/L; 2. type 1 diabetes; 3. DKA, infection and other stress status; 4. Autoimmune disease; 5. Hepatic and renal diseases; 6. Caner or Carcinoma; 7. The patients with severe HF (NYHA III & IV), symptomatic heart failure (edema or shortness of breath); 8. The patients with established edema; 9. The patients with increased risk of fractures.
