Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnose of ARDS is confirmed; 2. aged less than 28 days (include 28 days); 3. written informed consent by a parent or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are respiratory failure caused by non-respiratory diseases,or combined with congenital diseases
