Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20-42 years; 2. ovarian reserve function normal (ie bFSH <10IU / L, 5 <= basic number of sinus follicles <25); 3. the previous pregnancy failure cycle due to poor fertilization (fertilization rate <30%) or poor quality of embryos (available embryonic rate <50%); 4. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the basic FSH >= 10IU / L; 2. Testicular or epididymal sperm; 3. severe acute and chronic liver and kidney disease, such as cirrhosis, acute and chronic renal failure, hepatitis B virus activity; liver and kidney dysfunction, AST or ALT detection value is higher than the normal upper limit of 2.5 times, serum creatinine higher than the normal upper limit 2 times; 4. endocrine and metabolic diseases and adrenal disease, such as: diabetes, thyroid disease, Cushing's syndrome; 5. affect the outcome of pregnancy related diseases, such as: untreated hydrosalpinx, affecting the uterine uterine fibroids (uterine fibroids >= 4cm), III and / or IV endometriosis, uterine malformations, reproduction System tuberculosis; 6. suffering from the system, the organization of malignant tumors; 7. the previous use of growth hormone products allergies; 8.
