60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged=60 years; 2. the pain is caused by spinal muscle or skeletal problem and last for 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver disfunction (Child C); 2. Planing to have surgery in 1 month or finished surgery less than 3 months; 3. Need take other kind of opiods for pain control; 4. Have take part in other clincal trile; 5. Have been diagnosised tummer or cancer in last 5 years; 6. Severe heart dysfunction (NYHA-IV); 7. The researcher think not suitable for this study for other reasons.
