Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 65 years old, diagnosed RA (according to the American rheumatism association published 2010 RA diagnosis standard), moderately severe activities (DAS28 acuity 3.2 [1]), at least involvement with a palm or nearly knuckles, all patients signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: hand received intra-articular hormone injections whethin last three months, potential tuberculosis and other infectious disease, merge with other liver, kidney, heart, brain, lung, and blood system of severe disease, pregnancy or lactation, and participate in other clinical research, any due to other reasons are not suitable for the participants
