Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the heart significantly dilated; (2) conforms to the diagnostic standard of chronic heart failure, LVEF < 40%, NYHA class III to IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) old myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease; (2) renal insufficiency; (3) mechanical complications of coronary heart disease (ventricular septal perforation, papillary muscle dysfunction); (4) heart dilation and heart failure caused by end-stage cor pulmonale.
