Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were presented with acute myocardial infarction within 12 hours from onset and who had received successful primary PCI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subjects were eligible to participate if they had a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24 kg/m2 and a body weight > 50 kg, and were diagnosied as AMI according to their medical history, physical examination, vital signs, laboratory tests, and 12-lead electrocardiography (ECG). The exclusion criteria were as follows: (1) haemoglobin < 120 g/L for male and < 110 g/L for females; (2) platelet count < 100×10^9/L; (3) use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 2 weeks before enrollment; and (4) a history or presence of conditions known to interfere with the absorption, metabolism, or excretion of drugs.
