Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Newly diagnosed T2D patients; 3. HbA1c 6.5%-10.0%; 4. BMI<=30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. cancer patients,Hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction,and other vascular related chronic diseases; 3. consumed antiparasitics,prebiotics; 4. weight-loss treatments or a history of bariatric surgery; 5. chronic consumption of antacids or anti-inflammatory drugs,gastro-oesophageal reflux treated with high doses of proton pump inhibitors. 6. gastrointestinal diseases (Crohn disease, ulcerative colitis, short bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, or celiac disease).
