18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults with CML-CP/AP and willingness of TKI discontinuation; 2. With = 5 years frontline imatinib, reached MMR in 2 years, with = 2 years MR4.5; 3. Reached MMR with frontline imatinib, with = 2 years nilotinib, with = 1 year MR4.5; 4. Failure with frontline imatinib, reached MMR in 1 year with nilotinib, with = 2 years MR4.5; 5. With = 3 years frontline imatinib, reached MMR in 1 year, with = 2 years MR4.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with CML-BP before TKI therapy; 2. Patients with TKI discontinuation of over 30 days in the first year; 3. The discontinuation of TKI is over 30 days on average annually; 4. Patients discontinue TKI without the instructions from physicians; 5. Patients resistant to the Imatinib and transfer to the second-generation TKIs.
