Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: people with weakness physical condition which could not tolerate or reject bowel preparation and colonscopy examination, with the presence of other diseases,with pregnancy, age less than 18 years,and currently particpator of other clinic trial,drug history of antibiotics and microecologics within last 3 months.In addition,the other cases are not fit for this study under investigators' consideration.
