Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis as one of following within the scope of Chronic Hepatitis B termed in the Chinese chronic hepatitis B prevention and treatment guidelines 2015 edition: 1. Chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis patient of HBeAg positive, and over one year s ADV treatment; 2. Chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis patient of HBeAg positive, HBV DNA positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Co-infected with any one of HIV, hepatitis C or hepatitis D virus; liver decompensated; With complications of other liver disease, such as alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, biliary cirrhosis, liver cancer, etc.
