50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) women aged 50-75 years old, years since menopause (YSM) for more than one year, and age at menopause more than 50 years old; (2) at least 3 lumbar vertebras could be measured.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of serious chronic diseases of the liver, kidney; (2) treatment with bisphosphonates or parathyroid hormone within one year; treatment with estrogen, raloxifene, active vitamin D or calcitonin within 6 months; (3) taken other drugs affecting bone metabolism within the last 3 months; (4) with other metabolic or inherited bone diseases; (5) with connective tissue disease or malignant tumor
