Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological diagnosis for invasive urinary bladder epithelial cancer; 2. Bladder cancer radical cystectomy and / or urinary diversion; 3. The clinical stage of AJCC was T3b or T4, and there were measurable lesions (lung or liver metastases, or lymph nodes) without operation; 4. Less than 75 years old; 5. ECOG score 0-2 points; 6. The expected survival time is more than 6 months; 7. Heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ function is basically normal; 8. No radiotherapy or chemotherapy was done before and after operation; 9. Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or abnormal hematopoietic system; 2. Other immune deficiency diseases; 3. Cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency; 4. Allergic constitution; 5. Concurrentother malignant tumors; 6. Lactating women; 7. Two weeks in patients with systemic infection or previous radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 8. ECOG score 3-4 points.
