Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) IHH male patients above age 16 with desire for spermatogenesis; (2) absent of the secondary sexual characteristics or no development; (3) decreased serum T and gonadotrophin levels, and (4) normal anterior pituitary function with no lesion or mass on MRI of the hypothalamic-pituitary area; (5) Normal thyroid and adrenal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the presence or history of cryptorchidism; (2) acquired hypogonadism; (3) the presence of sperm in the semen; (4) system diseases; (5) having received GnRH or HCG or testosterone replacement therapy one months prior to the study enrollment.
