Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergo digestive endoscopy with sedatieon in our hospitals during 2016-10-1 to 2018-9-30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pre-existing neurological disease; 2. illiteracy; 3. preoperative Mental State Examination show cognitive difunction; 4. Patients with a history of psychosis; long-term psychiatric medication; 5. anticipated difficulty with neuropsychological assessment; 6. pre-existing hepatic encephalopathy; 7. difficult to control arterial blood pressure or heart diseases; 8. <18 years old; 9. Pregnant woman; 10. participate in other study; 11. Refused to participate in the study.
