20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women aged 20-45 years; 2) BMI<30; 3) Regular menstrual cycle (25-35 days/cycle) in the past 12 months; 4) A transvaginal ultrasound showing adequate visualization of both ovaries without evidence of abnormality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Fallopian tube abnormality; 2) Poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), Endocrine system diseases, metabolic syndromes, pituitary diseases, history of uterus or ovary surgery; 3) Pregnancy history within 6 months; 4) Smoking; 5) Use of contraceptive or other drugs that may influence reproductive hormones within 2 months; 6) Previous IVF treatment.
