Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients hospitalized for severe TBI with potentially fatal hematoma require emergent surgical treatment to reduce intracranial pressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whit mild traumatic brain injury and don't need emergent surgery.
