Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 50 years old, B ultrasonic diagnostic criteria: (1) the gallbladder wall uplift sex strong dot silent shadow or medium light group and light does not change with position and moving; (2) the light group such as maximum diameter mm; (3) the number of above two (multiple); (4) well contraction function; (5) light to the gallbladder wall thickening without limitations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 2. Severe cardiac or renal dysfunction; 3. patients with poor compliance or taking interference drugs; 4. Patients with constipation or diarrhea.
