Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. ETVor ADV or LAM treated; 3. HBsAg51 umol/L; 6. NEUT> 1.0×10^9/L. 7.PLT>50×109/L 8.HBV < 100 IU/ml 9.HBeAg negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: presence of serum antibodies against hepatitis C virus (HCV), hepatitis A virus, hepatitis E virus, or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); breastfeeding, pregnancy, or inadequate contraceptive measures; substance abuse in the previous 2 years; other acquired or inherited causes of liver disease; serious concomitant disease; and advanced liver disease (including decompensated cirrhosis with ascites, severe hepatitis, and hepatic carcinoma).
