Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; 2. Onset of symptoms within 1 week; 3. Informed consent will be obtained from each patient or the subjects legally authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke caused by tumors, trauma, blood diseases,et al; 2. Complicated with other serious disease, expected survival time is less than 3 months; 3. There is stroke sequela before the onset of stroke and cannot take care oneself; 4. Women who are pregnancy or lactation.
