Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Han nationality, no hypertension, diabetes and other important organ history, aged 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: main organ disease, obesity (> 30% of ideal body weight), long-term medication history, dexmedetomidine contraindications.
