Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Waist circumference: male>94cm, female>80cm; 2. Monotherapy with metformin for more than 3 months; 3. HbA1c>=8.0%; 4. Aged from 18 years to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Elimination of severe gastrointestinal and pancreatic diseases; 2. It is difficult to control hypertension, BP>=180/100mmHg; 3. Tumor patients; 4. Patients with long-term use of glucocorticoid; 5. Severe liver and kidney disease (ALT is 2.5 times higher than the basic value, The serum creatinine of more than 132.6µmol/l); 6. Acute complications of diabetes, infections and other stress conditions; 7. gestation; 8. Insulin treatment in nearly three months.
