Age

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. POAG and ocular hypertension patients of age between 18 to 80; 2. Never used ocular hypotensive drugs or other ocular humor; 3. Corrected visual acuity>0.1; 4. Refraction between +6.0-6.0D; 5. No drug contraindications; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary angle-closure glaucoma, secondary glaucoma and mixed glaucoma; 2. Have performed different kinds of Ophthalmology surgery, such as refractive surgery, cataract phacoemulsification, anti glaucoma surgery, etc.; 3. Combined with ocular surface and fundus oculi disease; 4. Combined with systemic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
