Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis is made according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of UK Parkinson Disease Society Brain Bank; 2. H-Y stages are restricted to 1-2.5; 3. Ages are restricted to be 50-80 years old; 4. Education: Primary school (grade 6) or above; 5. Patiens are stable on drug treatment; 6. Patients are life-independent; 7. Patients are willing to accept random allocation with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies that may affect the results of our study; 2. Patients who take regular exercises during the past 2 years; 3. Patients who have fallen during the past 6 months; 4. Patients who have cardiorespiratory dysfunction or musculoskeletal disorders; 5. Patients who scored less than 24 in MMSE.
