Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the world health organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; 2. Age>18 years; 3. Diabetes duration >1 year; 4. Be hypoglycemia in the past 6 months; 5. Have good cognitive ability to read and write; 6. Be Volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses; 2. Severe complications such as acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, ketosis, retinopathy IV period above, diabetic foot ulcer, chronic kidney disease (CKD) with renal damage IV period above, lower limb artery atherosclerotic lesions period III or more.
