18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing dialysis who are arranged for parathyroidectomy under general anesthesia and patients with American Society of Anesthesiology grade I or II who are arranged for general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffered psychosis or take the antipsychotics for a long time; the long-term use of sedative drug addicts; a history of cardiovascular, respiratory, or hepatic disease; acid-base disturbance, blood electrolyte dysfunction; a history of either alcohol or drug abuse; excitement with sevoflurane.
