Ziprazidone:Treat with Ziprazidone
Olanzapine:Treat with Olanzapine
Ziprazidone replaced the olanzapine:Treat with olanzapine at the first week and then replaced by ziprazidone
Combination group:Treat with ziprazidone and olanzapine combindly

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged more than 18 years, male or female; 2. The clinical diagnosis is schizophrenia or schizophrenia-like disorders according to the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 3. The scores of Positive andNegative Symptom Assessment Scale (PANSS)is >=70 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver andkidney dysfunction (ALT, AST, BUN> 1.5 times the upper limit of normal on the value, CR> upper limit of normal) or serious physical diseases; 2. Application of a variety of previous antipsychotic therapy, patients treated with clozapine past or current application; 3. Parkinsons disease, in patients with a history of spastic diseases; 4. pregnancy, lactation or planned pregnancy; 5.QT interval> 450ms (male) or 480ms (female); 6. Allergy to antipsychotic drugs or similar drugs; 7. Patients had severe adverse reactions to known or suspected drug being studied; 8. Are participating in drug trials by others in recently a month; 9. Alcohol or drug dependence, mental history of drug abuse, history of epilepsy; 10. There are serious aggressive behavior, there is a serious suicide attempt, andis not with the treatment.
