18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 70 years old; 2. Suffered from LBP as defined by Pain or discomfort between the costal margins and the gluteal fold; 3. Reported LBP after Injury at work; 4. LBP duration =6 on 0-10 Numerical Rating Scale (NRS).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain above lower back; 2. History of back surgery; 3. Progressive or severe neurological symptoms; 4. Known spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, or ankylosing spondylitis; 5. Known cancer patients; 6. Pregnancy (suspected or known); 7. Unexplained weight loss or recent unexplained fever; 8. Severe or disabling co-existing problem; 9. Unavailable for appointments within the study period; 10. Unable to understand Chinese; 11. Unavailable for appointments within the study period.
