Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The group of patients with breast cancer at initial diagnosis: 1. patients first diagnosed with breast cancer pathologically in our hospital or patients diagnosed with breast cancer outside and biopsy reviewed by our hospital in addition; 2. Patients accept thyroid function screening, and signed informed consent file; 3. age ranging from 18 to 75; The group of chemotherapy: 1. Patients pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer in our hospital; 2. Before the breast cancer patients undergoing the 5th or 6th course of chemotherapy; 3. Could find the patients previous medical records of every course of chemotherapy; 4. Patients accept thyroid function screening, and signed informed consent file; 5. Age ranging from 18 to 75. The group after systemic treatment: 1. More than 6 months after normal systematic therapy for breast cancer patients in our hospital; 2. Patients accept thyroid function screening, and signed informed consent file; 3. Age ranging from 18 to 75.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The breast cancer patients with the following factors: trauma, infection, recent operation and gestation; 2. In the chemotherapy group, patients during chemotherapy can be included only once rather than over and over again for different chemotherapy courses.
