Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age1 but recover after pretreatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with centre neural system involvement; 2. serious complications such as uncontroled diabetes,gastric ulcer or other serious angiocardiopathy determined by the physician; 3. HIV positive or active HBV infection or other uncontroled systematic infection; 4. clincial central nervous dysfunction; 5. serious surgery within 30 days; 6. pregnancy or baby nursing period or uncontracept child-bearing period woman.
